The domain name under which the cookies are stored is www.vdg.be. Our Nordic Christmas is the owner of this domain name. You have the right to access, rectify and/or delete personal data collected from you through cookies by sending an email to christmas@vdg.be. Our Nordic Christmas does not collect personal data through cookies.

If you complete and submit a digital form, that form will be digitally stored in our backup for 1 month. The reason for this is, that we want to be sure that your form has actually been received by us. If that is not the case, we can still request your form via this backup. You do not have to fill it in again.

Analytical cookies.
Through our website a cookie is placed by the American company Google, as part of the “Analytics” service. Our Nordic Christmas uses this service to track and get reports on how visitors use the website and thus improve usability. Our Nordic Christmas cannot see who (or which PC) is visiting the website. Google, as provider of the service, can Google can provide this information to third parties if Google is legally required, or if third parties process the information on Google’s behalf. Our Nordic Christmas has no influence on this. Our Nordic Christmas has not allowed Google to use the analytics information obtained for other Google services.
The information Google collects is anonymized as much as possible. Your IP address is expressly not provided. The information is transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google claims to adhere to the Privacy Shield principles and is affiliated with the Privacy Shield program of the U.S. Department of Commerce. This means that there is an adequate level of protection for the processing of any personal data.”
Our Nordic Christmas has entered into a processor agreement with Google, masked the last octet of the IP address, turned off ‘data sharing’ and does not use other Google services in conjunction with the Google Analytics cookies.
